Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully roll your rug cover and rug pad, placing them back into their original packaging or a similar heavy-duty shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
